3.4 Dvips configuration files
=============================
This section describes in detail the Dvips-specific 'config.*' device
configuration files (called '*.cfg' on MS-DOS), which override the
'texmf.cnf' configuration files generic to Kpathsea which Dvips also
reads (⇒(kpathsea)Config files).
